SALES ASSOCIATE

 

We’re looking for a sales associate to join the OC Shop team! We’re looking for someone who preferably has past retail experience (but not required). This person is a team player, chooses JOY, values inclusion and community and is looking to help all that walk into our doors!

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Help any and all customers on the floor
  • Open & close the shop as needed 
  • Fulfill online orders
  • Work directly with our shop manager to serve our community and uphold the values of Otter Creek
  • Prepare & prep new merchandise for the floor (steaming & tagging, etc)
  • Perform returns and exchanges
  • Restock the floor when product is running low
  • Unbox and fulfill new product
  • Pack & prep for photoshoots
  • Assist our social media manager at photoshoots (steaming, dressing models, etc) 
  • Make all who enter feel loved and welcome!

*This job is part-time, approx 3 days/week - Mondays & weekend availability is a must!
